Made with savoury yeast flakes, these biscuits are a fantastic source of protein and B vitamins.  And scrumptious too!  Nutritional yeast contains folic acid and essential fatty acids and is often added to pet foods to help dogs and cats maintain shiny coats and overall good health. It is also used to deter fleas, as the taste of yeast in the bloodstream renders it unpalatable to them. For cats and dogs however, the taste is highly appealing, as well as being incredibly nutritious.  Savoury yeast also contains taurine, which is an essential component of a healthy cat's diet.
