They are very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium, a great source of Fibre, Vitamin C, Potassium and Manganese, and a very good source of Vitamin B6. This makes them great for blood pressure, stroke prevention, and healthy bowels.  Your pooch won't care about any of that though, they'll just want to snatch them from you and gobble them up.
